Eat Green

On this uneventful rainy day,
I decided to cook.

In this messy little pantry,
I found a package of spinach noodles.

Inside this almost empty fridge,
I saw a few tofu ready to use.

On top of the seasoning rack,
I picked a small bottle of sesame oil.

To welcome the arrival of Spring,
I made this green spinach noodle tofu dish.

See green and eat green.
