{No. 171} Appropriately Green

Green and More Green

I was participating in a document shredding event last weekend. While I was taking pictures, a lady holding an olive green umbrella stood in front of me. What a great combination of re-cycle and green! So, I moved around and snapped a picture of her below the “Shred-It” logo.

I don’t like the first version of the rendition (see below).

Green-and-more-green

Besides there is not much dynamic, the face of the guy on the right is totally messed up.

So, I decided to re-do it. First, I changed the perspective of the lens and made it look like a fish-eye. Second, I cleaned up that person’s face before I applied the special filter. The rest was just applying layer mask, adjusted the color and made it look like a black-and-white comic strip.
