{No. 173} Dancing with the Wind

Wind was blowing fierce the last few days. I was wanting to capture the wind in action. But how? Since wind has no color, I need something to help catch and show it. That something is the New York Times.

I put the paper on a bench chair and let it dance with the wind. I squatted and did not use a tripod. The shutter speed was at 1/50 or 1/60. It was slow enough to capture the paper dance and fast enough for me to hold the camera steady.

This is one of the situations that a blurry subject is acceptable. 🙂

And…”Times” flies!
