{No. 304} Day 7: Turquoise Eggs

Are bird eggs like chicken eggs?

While mama bird was flying off to look for food, I quickly got a ladder, climbed to a place closer to the nest and took a few pictures on the eggs inside the nest.

Surprise! They are turquoise in color. This is the first time in my life to see eggs with this color. I sent the picture to Amy who knows a bird watcher friend. He confirmed that these are American Robin eggs. Well, I now know the identify of my birdie guests.

I need to Google about the habitat and the character of American Robin.
